Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the festive items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original holiday packaging, ensuring delicate ornaments are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
