We offer an extended holiday return window. Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned for a full refund or exchange until January 31st, provided they are in original packaging.

We recommend keeping all decorations in a cool, dry place inside moisture-proof bins. Avoid storing delicate glass ornaments in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations, such as uninsulated attics.
